During this pandemic, you may be struggling with fear, isolation, and uncertainty. Our Wellness and Liberation is here to help face challenges in our lives and find our compassion and love. To help you cultivate that, we are hosting a half-day stay-at-home meditation retreat. From 7:30 am to 8 am, we will start via video conference with a brief meditation and intention setting. From 8 am to 11:30 am, you’ll practice by yourself in your own home. At 11:30 am, we will check in via video conference.
A quiet space, an internet connection, and time are what you will need for this retreat. We understand that this is not accessible to everybody, and we recognize the privilege of having resources like this. We cultivate compassion and love to share it further.
